All our rooms have been refurbished November/December 2018 and now offer the convienece of a kitchenette. This includes a Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Sink with table & chairs or a breakfast bar. A laundry room is available to guests.
So if you have to leave early for a business meeting or just fancy a long lie in you can have breakfast when you want. Very useful with young children who may have paticular needs or want early tea
In the morning, tea or coffee with pastries will be available in the sitting room but there is no breakfast service. There are many local eateries which serve breakfast. Just ask Sue for recommendations.
The Florian is in a conveinent position for easy access to beach, town or to go sight-seeing. Just a 10-15 minuite walk town or beach with a convenient bus service running past on a regular schedule.
The X53 bus runs all along the Jurassic Coast which is great for sightseeing and for visitors without cars. For walkers, the Rodwell Trail is only a short distance away and leads to the South West Coastal Path. Just 500 yds and you reach the Radipole Bird reserve.
