From the car park there is a flight of 9 stone steps to the entrance of Florian Guest House.

There is a very large ground floor room opposite the entrance door. The en-suite has 1 step down and contains a WC. washbasin on pedestal and a shower enclosure with a step up to enter.

All floors are carpeted with hard floor covering in bathrooms.

For Guests who are confined to a wheelchair, regrettably, there is no access due to the age and nature of the building.  There is Guest Accommodation with full wheelchair access at

The dining room is on the lower ground floor with 3 short flights of stairs. Down 4 steps, right turn, down 4 steps, right turn, down 6 steps, right turn and dining room straight ahead. There is a step up to go through the patio door into the garden.

All other rooms are on 1st and 2nd floors with 3 short flights of stairs to each floor. There is a short flight of steps to the private shower room for the Room 5, which also has a flight of stairs inside.

For guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, we have fitted red flashing strobe lights to our fire alarm system during our recent refurbishment. I am also trying to learn sign language. Menus are available in larger print.
