Booking
Booking to be confirmed with payment of deposit equal to 1 nights stay, by card over phone, using on-line booking, or by cheque.(cheques made payable to 'Florian Guest House'). Confirmation of booking will be sent, by post or e-mail, after deposit received.
Balance to be paid on day of arrival. Payment can be made by cash or card. All major cards accepted. Sorry, cheques not accepted for payment of balance.
Hen and Stag parties or similar NOT accepted. Guests who cause nuisance, damage to property or disruption to others may be asked to leave immediately. No refund payable. Only Guests registered may stay. Any damages may be charged for.
Florian is Non Smoking. Guests may smoke in the garden. Guests who smoke in their room may be asked to leave, without refund, and there may be an extra charge if special cleaning is required.
Children are very welcome at Florian, but we respectfully ask, that children remain seated during breakfast to avoid accidents occurring. Please be considerate to other guests by not using mobile phones during breakfast.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified by telephone. 01305 773836 or 07900158300 (Please do not leave a message on voicemail)
Cancellations later than 10.00am 2 days before arrival - deposit retained.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival during Mid/Summer Season- deposit refunded (less admin costs) only if vacancy is fully re-filled.
Cancellation 4 weeks or more before arrival - deposit refunded (less admin costs).
We advise all guests to have holiday insurance.
