A non-refundable deposit, equal to one night’s accommodation, is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made by card over the phone, using on-line booking, or by cheque. (cheques made payable to 'Florian Guest House'). Confirmation of booking will be sent, by post or e-mail, after deposit received. Our terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when deposit has been paid. . Please ensure your card is valid until after your scheduled departure.
Balance is to be paid on day of arrival. Payment can be made by cash or card. All major cards accepted. Sorry, cheques not accepted for payment of balance.
Guests who cause nuisance, damage to property or disruption to others may be asked to leave immediately. No refund payable. Any damages may be charged for.
Only Guests registered may stay. Any unauthorised persons, in any Guest Room, will be asked to leave along with the registered guest regardless of the time.
For the comfort of other guests and by law, Florian is non smoking. Guests may smoke in the garden. Guests who smoke in their room may be asked to leave, without refund, and there may be an extra charges if special cleaning is required.
Check in is between 4pm and 8.30pm. Arrivals outside of this time, by arrangement only. We ask for an estimated arrival time to ensure we are here to meet you. Please keep us informed if your arrival should be delayed. Balance of account to be paid on day of arrival. Children are very welcome at Florian, but we respectfully ask, that children remain seated during breakfast to avoid accidents occurring. Please be considerate to other guests by not using mobile phones during breakfast.

Changes to bookings made up to 56 Days (8 weeks) before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter there may be a small admin charge. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 72 Hours (3 days) notice
Any charges will be taken from the card details given at time of booking. Please ensure your card is valid until after your scheduled departure. We strongly advise all Guests to have adequate holiday insurance.
